Lugarde Prima Andrea P81 Summerhouse
This summerhouse, personally designed by the managing director, is based on the 'small but beautiful' principle. It provides enough space for a comfortable seating area and allows you to fully enjoy your garden, regardless of the weather, thanks to the large door and window frames offering fantastic views. This model is also available with a low roof (≤ 250 cm high) at no additional cost.

Foundation: The building sits on pressure-treated foundation beams, fixed with aluminium corner clips, which require no further treatment.

Roofing: It features a pyramid roof, which is finished internally with a decorative wooden knob.

Roof Shingles: Bitumen roof shingles are included as standard, with a choice of Green, Red, or Black.

Timber: The structure is built using first-class spruce from northern countries (14–16% kiln-dried).

Warranty: A 5-year guarantee is provided against manufacturing and/or construction defects.
